- 12 eggs
- ½ cup crumbled feta

Instructions
- Preheat your oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin, silicone muffin tin or line with silicone liners. - Prep your ingredients
Cook and chop the sausage, spinach, green onion, and crumble the feta. - Whisk the eggs
