During a recent trip through the Okanagan, we stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Kelowna. Overall, it offered a functional and comfortable base, though with a few quirks worth mentioning.
Kitchenette & Room Setup
Our room was equipped with a small kitchenette, including a two‑burner stovetop, a small cube‑style mini fridge, and a separate sink with dish soap and a dish rack provided. The cutlery selection was minimal, but since we didn’t do any cooking beyond simple snacks, it worked fine for our stay.
We were in a ground floor unit, which was convenient for parking right outside the door and easy unloading. However, being on the ground level also meant a bit of extra noise when other guests walked by.

Lobby Convenience
In the lobby, there’s a small convenience store corner stocked with snacks, drinks, and even simple meal options like canned soup and cup noodles. They even had non‑alcoholic beer. The prices were higher than a typical grocery store, but that’s expected for on‑site convenience.

Staff & Service
Every interaction with staff was positive—friendly and helpful service that made check‑in and check‑out easy. It’s a property with the basics covered, a few handy extras, and a good location for quick access around Kelowna.
Final Thoughts
This Days Inn Kelowna review reflects a straightforward stay with practical touches like a kitchenette and lobby store. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional and comfortable, especially if you appreciate ground‑floor access and a simple setup.
