Support Local and shop local!
Today we picked up a few baked goods at Nana and Papa’s Bakery in Parksville. We made sure we sanitized our hands and only touched what we intended to by. Staff also helped us select our desired items with tongs for no contact.
At this difficult time it is important to shop local! Local businesses really need our support compared to big box stores. Who doesn’t want daily made fresh bread and baked goods? Who wouldn’t pick farm to table if they had the option? A few things to keep in mind when going out on your next grocery run.
They have so much variety in their bakery it is awesome. Beside is just a small peak into their bread selection. I myself got some cheese bread and some sausage rolls. There were also cinnamon buns, muffins, three types of turn overs, and more was still coming out of the proofers when we were there.
