We want to get good use out of our bread maker, so we decided to make cinnamon buns! Sweet and delicious with a cream cheese frosting.
It is not a quick process unfortunately. However, the end result is so worth it.
In our recipe, we did a double rise. First after the dough was in the bread maker after the kneed cycle was complete; then before they went into the oven. This helps to make them big and fluffy!
Now you can always add other treats to your filling or change up the frosting. We kept it nice a simple. Raisins are a very popular filling add in.
